第一、烤鸭。
一说烤鸭,大家都会想起全聚德,但是北京的当地人,很少有去全聚德的。想要吃到正宗的烤鸭,可以去“四季民福”、“金百万”、“大鸭梨”,这几家性价比比全聚德高,味道一点也不比那些有名的店差,一般老百姓都能消费。
第二、炒肝包子
炒肝配包子,也是北京的地道小吃。炒肝不是炒的,更像是炖出来的。是一碗勾了芡的汤,里面有猪肝,炒肝和包子,是黄金搭档,就像吃薯条配可乐一个样子。要是想吃炒肝包子,可以去“天兴居”、“缘赵记”,这的炒肝包子吃着正宗。

第四、铜锅涮肉。
老北京的铜锅涮肉,绝对是北京一大特色。那个火锅特别的带劲。我记得我小时候,家里还有个这种涮肉的铜锅,后来嫌用着麻烦,吃火锅直接改成了电热锅。但是要想吃的舒坦,那还得是正宗的铜锅涮肉,吃铜锅涮肉,可以去“满恒记”、“南门涮肉”、“聚宝源”。
第五、门钉肉饼。
这饼吃着皮薄肉多,咬一口很满足。正宗的门钉肉饼,可以去宝瑞门钉肉饼店,这家店的口碑不错。喜欢吃饼的朋友们,可要去尝一下。
第六、灌肠。
这也是北京的特色美食。是一种街头小吃,平时吃着玩的,明朝就开始流行了。您要是喜欢吃老北京的灌肠,那就去“丰年灌肠”。灌肠可炸,可煎,可炒,吃的时候,配上辣椒,姜末,蒜末。特别受当地人的喜欢,去到北京,也是不能错过的一种美食。
第七、老北京爆肚。
爆肚好吃,想吃可以去“爆肚金生隆”,爆肚这种口感,估计没有人不喜欢吧!毕竟毛肚可是涮火锅的明星,做成爆肚,也不会错。
