The Story of Chang"e and Hou Yi
Once upon a time, there was a legendary couple, Chang"e and Hou Yi. Hou Yi was a brave and skilled archer, known for his exceptional skill with a bow and arrow. Chang"e, on the other hand, was a beautiful and gentle woman who lived in the Moon Palace.
One day, while Hou Yi was out hunting, he accidentally shot an arrow at a dove perched on a tree. The arrow hit the dove directly in its wing, causing it to fall from the tree and die. The other birds flew away in fear, thinking that Hou Yi"s arrow was cursed.
Chang"e, hearing the news of the incident, came out of the Moon Palace and saw her husband injured. She immediately went to his aid and used her medical skills to treat his wound. Hou Yi was grateful to his wife for her kindness and asked her to come back to the Moon Palace with him.
